SWEAT. IT. OUT.
Perform each exercise at max capacity w/ a 30 sec break between each:
-1 min of squat jumps
-1 min of jumping jacks
-1 min of push-ups
-1 min of mountain climbers
After one set rest 2 min and repeat as many times as you want!
